Quality Proposition
Quality Metrics

The goal is to increase Software Reliability

Failure Rate (FR) is the "number of failures" divided by the "execution time (of the project)".

Software maintenance Metrics

The goal is to reduce the backlog of Problem Reports

The Backlog Management Index (BMI) is the "number of problems closed during the month" divided by the "number of problems arrived during that month", expressed as a percentage.

Estimation Accuracy

The goal is to increase the accuracy of the effort estimates that we deliver

The Effort Estimate Accuracy (EEA) is the "actual project effort" divided by the "estimated project effort".

Defect Removal Effectiveness

The goal is to increase the effectiveness of defect removal

The Defect Removal Effectiveness (DRE) is the "number of defects removed during the development phase" divided by the "number of defects latent in the product".

Delivering the software you need

By providing the above 4 metric values over the course of a development project, we can closely monitor how well we are in developing the agreed software package.

Leaving quality assurance and testing to our clients, eventually with the help of an agreed quality management framework, we are constantly under the scrutiny of our clients, and we are proud to be able to say that we deliver better software, in time and budget, than most of our competitors.
